Medicare, not millionaires

This month, House Republicans passed a plan to end Medicare as we know it.

Medicare is one of the most popular social safety net programs in the country. It's just plain wrong to deny Americans the benefits they have earned.

We've seen this movie before, back when it was called Privatize Social Security. We stood together when George W. Bush made that proposal a few years ago, and we defeated it.

I just signed a petition from Senators Chuck Schumer, Barbara Boxer, and Patty Murray because we need to stand together now to defeat this proposal to privatize Medicare.
