Reporting to the Assistant Director of Interactive Marketing, the IM Officer will be responsible for the production of USF's online materials, including content for all U.S. Fund for UNICEF Internet properties and domains, e-communications, and interactive media.
To advance USF strategic objectives, the Interactive Marketing Officer’s key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
A Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of related work experience required. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PhotoShop, XML, and Flash required. Understanding of content management systems, cross-platform web development and data flow issues required. Familiarity with Convio CMS and eCRM highly desired. Must have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work as a team member and manage several projects at once. Must have excellent design judgment, as well as interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Work with department colleagues on the development and production of all existing USF interactive properties, including: unicefusa.org and associated websites; eNewsletters, appeals, and others.
- Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Content, produce and deploy new micro-sites, email templates, and other creative assets. Coordinate with Integrations Officer to ensure data integrity and functionality.
- Ensure that all USF Internet properties function properly, that all website user interfaces and workflows are user-friendly, and that all online materials maintain a consistent look and feel. Ensure content conforms to USF and UNICEF brand guidelines. Troubleshoot any problems that are identified.
- Acquire and maintain administrative command over Convio (www.convio.com) CMS and eCRM tools. Use expertise to train/assist U.S. Fund colleagues in the use of Convio CMS and eCRM. Develop training materials as necessary.
- Review and analyze site traffic and usage data to advise Assistant Director for Content where resource allocations should be reduced or expanded.
